Mandatory Maximum Minimum

The State of Georgia, along with many other states, are imposing MMM (Mandatory Maxi mun Minimum) sentences for offenders. I believe that this practice should been amended, because all crimes do not deserve the same sentence. The presiding Judge should have the ability to impose the sentence as he/she sees fit.
